If she supports the process of civil unions with all of the same equal rights and benefits at marriage then doesn't that mean that she refuses to recognize queers as being equal to heterosexuals?

re: HER ladee..yes SIR!.. th state govt can't NOT acknowledge the civil unions, they can give more but state law cannot be more restrictive than the federal law.. so, a civil union compared to obama pretty much saying "i'm, not gona do shit for u guys". though call..

question. She said she is in favor but that is not a concrete answer of definiton on how we will obtain these rights. I am an OBAMA supporter and I think that he made the right decision to not directly answer the question as did Hillary. We are the minority vote people. Whether she is for or against...SHE ANSWERED THE QUESTION!!! She did what Obama didn't do! She is all for the STATE making marriage choice...and giving us benefits FEDERALLY!
