it also pisses me off about how a lot of ppl are ranting and stuff about not having the right but can't even stay in a committed relationship. Just like a lot African Americans raised hell about the right to vote but still on election day, they sit at home on their asses and complain about who wins the election. That includes ppl in my family also just everyone realizes that it's a general comparison. It's bullshit.

yeah, he avoided the question, but we have to realize that he's not the only one over the law making body. I mean, Any law written and ratified has to go through Congress also. Please keep in mind that the LBGT community is only a fraction of the ppl that can vote and if he were to go around announcing that he's gonna jump right into office and "make gay marriage legal", he most likely won't be elected. And...I need people to realize that religion and politics just don't mix. Clinton said so herself, that's it's her "personal" position, meaning she's allowing whatever she feels personally to interfere with the changes that should be made for the good of the LGBT community and Obama has publicly made it know that he is a Christian and he still holds some of the traditional beliefs regarding homosexuality. Honestly, I'm not pleased with either response, albeit Clinton's or Obama's. Truthfully, neither one of them want to take OWNERSHIP for the changes that need to me made when it comes to same-sex marriage. Civil unions are bullshit to me. It's a cute way of saying you have all the benefits but you aren't really married. What sense does that really make? The U.S. is "supposed" to be a land of freedom but truthfully it's still oppresses those who are marginalized...Uggghhhhh....

And have you noticed that Obama can never give a straight answer to any question?! He always goes into this um, err, um moment. Just answer the freakin question and stop giving us the run around and back stories. Hilary always gives direct answers to direct questions. As a person in law enforcement when a person beats around the bush to give you an answer to a question they are formulating their lie. Beware! Liar Liar! Obama has once again changed his story. On CNN.com in reference to gay marriages he stated that we will never be able to get the people of the US to agree on gay marriages because of the Biblical stance, therefore he's in favor of civil unions. Now on the video he states that he's working hard for everyone to have equal rights under the federal government. So which one is it Obama? Hilary's views on this subject has been the same. He is a liar and his story has once again changed.

I agree, he beat so much around the question. And he focus on what he's doing that other candidate's may not be doing. But it still doesn't answer the question about marriage. When you obviously beat around the issue at hand, then you are not someone that I want to vote for. Not that our vote counts anyway.
